VISUAILS turns a folder of product photos into catalog sets, lifestyle carousels and video for a whole product line. Our production does that at scale; a person checks every visual before it reaches you.

An order is everything you send in one go: one upload, one rate, one invoice. Per product you pick a catalog set of 4 photos, a lifestyle carousel of 3 photos, or both. There is no minimum and no package to fit your line into — the more products, the lower the rate per product.

Per product, a clear photo of the front and one of the back, plus a short note on the look you want. Both of those sides come back to you as delivered images, so we ask for both rather than guess at whatever is on the back. A close-up and a worn shot are welcome and make it more accurate, but they are not required. Five minutes, whether it is one product or thirty — the effort does not scale with the size of the order.

Two ways. A €1 excl. VAT test sample on one of your own products, one per business: you get back 4 catalog images or a lifestyle carousel of 3 images. It runs through the same production as a paid order, so what you see is what you would get. Or simply start small: the rate is per product, so a first order can be a handful of pieces.

For some of it you should. A quick mock to test an idea, a layout sketch, anything that is not going in front of a customer — a tool is enough for that, and it is cheaper. It starts to cost you once the images have to sit next to each other: the colour shifts a little on every run, and across a full catalog that is what makes a shop look inconsistent. What you buy here is everything that happens after the image is generated. A specialist checks every image before it ships. The model, the background and the aspect ratio you approved are stored and reused on your next order. Where a marketplace demands pure white, you get pure white. The AI Act line comes with the file. If a tool is enough for what you need, use the tool — and if it is not, the only test worth anything is your own product.

Yes, and that is most of the point. The same lighting, angle, grade and model can be held across a whole order and across the orders that follow, so a catalog stays coherent as the line grows.

Yes. Your Brand Model is a face built for your brand and used by no one else, kept consistent across every product and every order. Every order already includes a model from the standard library, so this is an upgrade rather than a requirement — and it is included in the Brand plan.

Always. Send the photos and a short brief and we take it from there. Same production, same checks, same capacity rules — WhatsApp is a door, not a shortcut past anything.

The service level follows the size. From 10 products an order goes into the calendar and gets a reserved 48-hour window — fully confirmed before you pay. Below that it runs in the normal turnaround: as soon as it is ready (often within a day, sometimes a few days), with no fixed delivery date.

Then we tell you that, before you pay, instead of giving you a date and hoping. A reserved delivery date is confirmed against the calendar before it is offered — never after. An order already in the calendar is never pushed to make room for a later one.

Human-checked quality on every single visual — a person selects and inspects each one for accuracy, consistency and artefacts before it is delivered. Nothing leaves unchecked, on either route in.

We ask on every order whether you are happy with what you got. If you are not, tell us what is wrong and we go through it with you — what we agree depends on the problem. Satisfaction check: 1 revision round included per order to adjust any details. You mark it per image in the portal, so one image going back does not hold up the rest.

It is priced per product, and the rate falls as the count rises. One complete product — a catalog set and a lifestyle carousel — is €149 excl. VAT; from 20 products the same product is €65 excl. VAT. If you want only one of the two it has its own price by count: catalog from €89 falling to €39 excl. VAT per product, and lifestyle from €109 falling to €49 excl. VAT per product. Video is €69 excl. The price per product is the volume answer — nothing is stacked on top of it and there is nothing to negotiate. The rate applies to every product in the order, so crossing onto one more product lowers the price of all of them: at 4 products it is €149 excl. VAT each, at 5 it is €109 excl. VAT each.

Only if the same output comes round every month. There are 3 plans — Starter, Studio, Brand — from €390 excl. VAT a month for 5 products up to €1,690 excl. VAT a month for 30 with your Brand Model included. Every plan costs less than the same output on the price per product. On the monthly term it can be cancelled any month and unused products roll over 1 month; the 12-month term is fixed for twelve months and rolls over 3 months. Order without one and nothing recurs.

Yes, and it is worth doing. The prices on the site are net, marked excl. VAT. Enter your VAT number when you order: we check it against VIES, and if it is valid while you are in the EU outside the Netherlands, you pay 0% and the VAT is reverse charged — you declare it yourself in your own country. A Dutch business always pays 21% VAT, even with a valid number, and outside the EU the supply falls outside EU VAT altogether. We are based in the Netherlands (VAT NL005407575B96).

Yes. They are made for commercial use — your shop, marketplaces, paid ads and social feeds. No per-use licence and no extra fee for using them somewhere else.

The finished visuals are yours to use for your business. If you have a specific licensing question, ask and we will confirm the details for your case in writing.

No. The photos you send are used to produce your order and nothing else.

The photos you send stay for 90 days after your order closes and are then deleted; the delivered images stay in VISUAILS Studio for 90 days to download and are then removed there. So keep your own copy: we may have one in our archive, but that is not a guarantee — still need older images, get in touch and we check whether they are still there. Want your source photos gone sooner, email us and it is done. The same terms are in our privacy policy.

No. You get the complete set per product, and what you publish from it is your call. If today you only use the front and the on-model shot, the rest simply stay there for when you need them — a seasonal campaign, a new marketplace, a different banner size. There is no time limit on using them and nothing extra to pay for putting one to work later.

Yes, and we say so plainly. Every visual is generated from photographs of your real product and finished by hand before it is delivered — a made image, not a photograph of a shoot that happened. We will describe exactly how yours were made. We will not tell you what that means for your business.
