Test sample

Test VISUAILS with 1 product

You send what a normal order needs — front and back at least, plus a detail or worn shot if you have them — and back come 4 catalog images or a lifestyle carousel of 3 images. Exactly what a paid order gets you per product. The more you send, the better we can make it.

4 photos, or 3 Just €1 Human quality-checked

4 catalog images or a lifestyle carousel of 3 images, from your own product.

The same production and human review used on every paid order — the honest way to judge quality before you commit.

  • Pick catalog: 4 images — front, back, a fabric or logo detail, and one on a model.
  • Pick lifestyle: 3 photos in one styled look — a scene, one on a model, and a detail close-up.
  • High resolution, in VISUAILS Studio — with the direct link in your email.
  • A real look at our lighting, framing and finish.
  • Reviewed by a person before it reaches you.
  • A one-off €1 fee to prevent abuse, one sample per business.

Something else entirely?

A world built around your product is designed rather than picked, so it has no per-product rate until we know what it is. It is a request, and it gets a written price before anything runs.

Pick every place these images are going. It changes what we can deliver, and we would rather find that out now than after you upload.

The main image must be pure white (RGB 255,255,255) and Amazon checks it automatically. Apparel may show the product on a model; most other categories may not. 1,000px on the longest side, 1,600px to switch zoom on.
White, neutral background with no visible shadow, and no model on the main image at all — the on-model shot goes in the additional images. 500px minimum, 1,200px for zoom.
Packshots on #FFFFFF, model views on light grey (#F1F1F1), JPG only, 1:1.44, three compliant images per apparel article. Read the warning below before you pick this one.
Your shop, your rules. Any background colour, any crop, and webp is fine here — it is the one place it is.
No background rule. Instagram and TikTok have their own AI switch on a post, and Meta asks for a visible label on ads where the synthetic image is on screen for more than a few seconds.
No background rule, but the AI disclosure has to be in the file: Google requires the IPTC DigitalSourceType property and says not to strip it. Every format we deliver carries it — jpg, png and webp alike — so whichever one you upload is fine. Keep it in the file when you re-export.

Not sure yet? Leave it — we deliver on pure white, which is the safest answer everywhere.

Why this matters

Pick the ground your products sit on. If you already have product photos, match what they use — that is the whole point: the new ones have to look like they belong beside the old ones.

Not sure what yours is? Send one existing product photo with your order and we will read the value off it.

The on-model shot we choose one
The on-model shot

The on-model shot One photo of the product being worn, so a shopper can see the fit and the drape instead of guessing at them. It is part of every catalog set at no extra cost, and it is the reason the set is four photos and not three.

Every catalog set includes one on-model photo at no extra cost. Pick the face that fits your brand, or leave the choice to us.

We read the products and what you told us, and pick from the ten faces. This is the default, and it is a real answer — not a blank we will chase you about.

About these faces

These ten are our standard roster and it is shared. A face you pick here can appear on another brand next month, in the same way a stock model can. For most catalogues that is fine — a shopper is judging the garment.

If you would rather the face were yours alone, a Brand Model is designed once, for you, and is used nowhere else. That is a separate product with its own price, and you do not have to decide it now: a standard face today does not stop you moving to your own later.

What a Brand Model is

Image shape

One shape for the whole order. Images sit next to each other — in a grid or a carousel — and that only looks right when every image is the same shape.

Fill them in per product

Front and back are required; a detail and a worn shot make the result more accurate. Whatever you call it in your own shop. It comes back on the files with the same name.

Faster, less precise: we read the folder name as the product, and we usually have to come back to you to ask what is what.

What we ask for, and what each one is for

What we ask for, and what each one is for

One product at a time. The front and the back are both required — both come back to you as delivered images, so neither is ours to guess. The other two are optional and each makes one specific thing more accurate.

    • Front Required

The whole product, flat or hanging, straight on. Fill the frame.

Everything is built from this one. It is the only shot we cannot work without.

    • Back Required

Same distance and angle as the front, turned over.

The back is the one side we cannot work out from the front. Anything that exists only there — a print, a yoke seam, a logo — would otherwise be a guess we shipped to you.

    • Detail Optional

Close in on the fabric, a seam, the label or the hardware. One is enough.

This is what keeps the material honest — the weave, the wash, the sheen. It is the difference between your garment and a garment. If the product has no logo or hardware to close in on, the close-up you get back is a fabric shot instead, and this is the photo it is read from.

    • Worn Optional

Anyone wearing it, any phone, any room. It is for the fit, not for the picture.

How it actually hangs on a body — the drop of the shoulder, where the hem lands, how oversized oversized really is. Without it the on-model shot is our best reading of a flat photo.

Any phone, any daylight, any plain surface. We are not judging the photograph — we are reading the product off it.

    About the product

One optional question. It says what answering buys — skip it if it does not apply.

    • What is it made of? Optional

What this buysHow the fabric falls and catches light. Matte against glossy is the single biggest lever on how real the result looks — the weave and the finish matter here, the percentages do not.

    • Its exact colour, if you know it Optional

What this buysA phone photograph carries the room with it — a warm bulb or a cold window pulls the whole garment off. If you give us the colour code from your own spec, the finished frame is checked against that rather than against whatever the light did. A colour name in words helps too; a code is better, because a name is a range.

    Rather send them later?

Order now and send the photos afterwards — you get a link the moment the order is in, and the studio does not start until they arrive.

Sending everything now means we can start straight away. If we need more for the quality, we will come to you.

    Who is this for?

Enough to invoice it and come back to you.

Where the confirmation and the files go.
Only where an address needs one — most of Europe does not.
A business in another EU country: we check it against VIES, and if it is valid no Dutch VAT is charged.
It decides how the on-model frame is cropped, and therefore what else is visible in it.
The look you are after, a deadline behind the deadline, a reference you like, anything your brand never does.
