On request Hooks are made by hand and planned by hand, so there is no order button yet — you tell us what you have and we say what is possible, in writing, before anything runs. The work itself runs at the standard turnaround: as soon as it is ready (often within a day, sometimes a few days), and no date is named before the calendar clears it.

Video to come

The video

Vertical, and readable without sound.

Video to come

Three cuts

Vertical, 4:5 and 1:1, all from the same edit.

Video to come

The stills

The frames where the join happens, as separate images.

One revision round on the video, in VISUAILS Studio — the same way you review any other order.

( How the format works )

A hook is a video that does not end where the video ends.

It carries on into the image below it, and the two read as one picture.

Photo to come
A feed seen from above, in which one post is two parts that meet, with the join pointed out Must explain how the format works without words: where the video ends and the image below begins, and why a viewer does not notice the moment it happens.

What it is

The format works on a join between two things a viewer expects to be separate. The video runs to the bottom edge of its frame and the image underneath picks it up — same line, same light, same product — so a scroll that was about to move on stops for a beat to work out what it is looking at.

You send photos and we build it. You film nothing and you design nothing. Which format fits depends on the product: what it is, how it is shaped, and which part of it is worth showing twice.

Where a person appears, that person can be a Brand Model made only for you — the same face your catalog and lifestyle sets already run on.

Photo to come

Four steps, and you film none of them.

01

You send photos

The same set as a catalog order: front and back at a minimum, plus a detail and a worn shot if you have them. One photo is not enough — the format moves around the product, so it has to be seen from more than one side.

02

We choose the format

From formats we have built before. Which one fits depends on the product, not on what is trending this week.

03

A specialist checks it

Every video is looked at by a specialist before it goes out: the product has to stay recognisable, the join has to line up, and the result has to be something you would put your own name under.

04

It arrives in VISUAILS Studio

You approve it there, or say in your own words what is wrong — the same way you would with any other order.

What you can count on.

  • A format that has been built before, not an experiment on your product
  • Vertical, 4:5 and 1:1 from one edit — the product whole in all three
  • The stills delivered as images, in the same folders as any other order
  • Human-checked quality on every single visual.

What it costs

From €119 per product, excl. VAT. What moves it up is how many angles the format needs and how much of the product has to be rebuilt for it.

From €49 for an extra variant on the same product: the same format, a different execution.

Why there is no volume rate Catalog and lifestyle images are priced per product and that rate falls as the count rises, because one setup is spread across more products. A hook is the setup — there is nothing to spread it over — so the figure is a floor and not a rate, and what moves it is the work rather than the count.

The two columns below describe the price per quantity for catalog and lifestyle products. A hook is not on that ladder and does not count towards it, so ordering hooks does not reach either column — they are here because most brands who ask about a hook are ordering photos as well.

What changes at 10 products

You do not pick a service level — the size of your order sets it. From 10 products we hold a delivery date for the order and confirm it in writing; below that count the normal turnaround applies. That is also the count at which the rate per product drops a step, so there is one line to cross rather than two. Both run through the same production and the same check.

Hook questions, answered

What is a hook, exactly?

A short vertical video of your product, built on a format we have used before. The format works on a join: the video runs to the bottom edge of its frame and the image below it in the feed picks it up, so the two read as one picture rather than two posts.

What does it cost?

From €119 excl. VAT per product. What moves it up is how many angles the format needs and how much of the product has to be rebuilt for it. An extra variant on the same product — same format, different execution — starts at €49.

Why does the rate not fall when I order more?

Catalog and lifestyle images are priced per product and that rate falls as the count rises, because one setup gets spread across more products. A hook is the setup, and there is nothing to spread it over. So the figure is a floor rather than a rate: what moves it is the work in front of it, not the number of products behind it.

Can I order one today?

Not through the site, no. Hooks are planned by hand, so it starts with a conversation: you tell us what you sell and what photos you have, and we say in writing which format fits and what it would cost before anything runs. The work itself runs at the standard turnaround — as soon as it is ready (often within a day, sometimes a few days) — and no delivery date is named before the calendar clears it.

Do you guarantee it will perform?

No, and nobody honestly can. We guarantee the format, the execution and the check by a specialist before it goes out. Whether a post reaches anyone depends on the platform and on timing, and neither of those is ours to promise — a format can give a post a better chance, it cannot give it an audience.

What do I have to send?

The same set as a catalog order: front and back at a minimum, plus a detail shot and a worn shot if you have them. One photo is not enough, because the format moves around the product and so has to see it from more than one side. Phone photos are fine.

What if I need changes?

Satisfaction check: 1 revision round included per order to adjust any details. One revision round on the video is included, in VISUAILS Studio, the same way you review any other order.

Send the photos
you already have.

From €119 per product, excl. VAT. Tell us what you sell and we will say which format fits it.

We do not promise views, likes or followers. We promise the format, the execution and the check by a specialist. Whether a post travels depends on the platform and on timing, and neither of those is ours to promise.
