Want your own look in it? A look of your own, or your own brand model, can go into a plan — but not through this form. That look has to be set up first, otherwise you are paying from month one for something that does not exist yet. Request it via /start/custom-look; once it is ready, it appears as a tile in your account and in the order form, also within your month.

3 Your fixed week ? What your fixed week means We reserve that week in the calendar for you, every month, before any other order can take it. If you have nothing ready that month the week is not lost: your products roll over. You can change the day at any time in your dashboard. The day of the month we start on your products. The same every month; you can change it later.

What a custom month costs
The amount follows your numbers and is shown after the mandate. Three examples, every product with a carousel:

What happens next ? What mandate means A mandate is the permission your bank needs to let us collect monthly — a SEPA direct debit, the same shape as an energy supplier uses. You give it once and you can withdraw it at any time. Paying your first month is the transaction that makes your bank issue it.
You pay your first month through Mollie. That same payment makes your bank issue the mandate for the months after it. Your fixed week is planned straight away and your credits are ready.
